Florence Yetunde Gbafe is a liberal, savvy and Goal-oriented Individual with wealth of experience in Public Administration and Management of public sectors cutting across Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) having a keen interest for order and control to ensure effectiveness in the service delivery.

With over 20 years of experience, Yetunde began her career with the Lagos State Government as a Legislative Officer II on Level 08 and was deployed to the Office of the Establishments and Service Matters on the 25th January, 1993. However, her appointment was confirmed on the 12th of May, 1995. Yetunde, over the years, has served in several different capacities among various Lagos State MDAs including Lagos State House of Assembly (now Lagos House of Assembly Commission), Publice Service Office (PSO), Land Use and Allocation Committeee (LUAC), Liaison Office and Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget and rose to Directorate level. She presently serves as the Executive Board Secretary of the Lagos State Christian Pilgrim Welfare Board.
Yetunde beacame an associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management and the Institute of Public Administration (IPAN) in 1998 and 2004 respectively, while she is yet to be confirmed an associate member of Human Resource Practitioners of Nigeria.

She was born in Lagos and had her early education in Lagos State. She had her Secondary School Education at Methodist Girls High School, Yaba, Lagos, where she obtained her WAEC in 1984. She proceeded for her higher education Degree Program to study Arts at Lagos State University, Ojo and there she was awarded with Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in 1990 and she, later attended University of Lagos for her Masters Degree Program and was consequently awarded Masters Degree in Public Administration in 2009.

Yetunde is happily married to Adebola Martin Gbafe and they are blessed with children
